Thomas joined the team as Agronomy Analyst in early 2022.

Originally from Geelong, Tom holds a Bachelor and Masters of Agriculture from the University of Melbourne. Tom’s role as an Agronomy Advisor is to provide guidance and advice to farmers so that they can optimize crop yield and profitability while minimizing environmental impact.

Prior to joining PACG Tom worked as a Researching Agronomist in the Western District, North Victoria and Southern New South Wales. In this role he researched the efficacy of chemical products, working on cropping and pasture variety trials in dryland irrigated settings.

Tom has a strong interest in trial development, data analysis, on-farm efficiency, carbon farming and sustainable farming practices.

He enjoys working with farmers to achieve their goals, maximising the productivity and profitability of their land in the most sustainable way.
